I absolutely love being part of the Basma Dance & Fitness community. I’ve taken several Pop Pilates classes, taught Lambada workshops and have also had the pleasure of MC’ing various events and every single experience has been uplifting, empowering, and full of positive energy.Maysa has created something truly special. As a woman-owned, person-of-color-led space, you can feel the intention behind everything. It’s not just about fitness. It's about community, confidence, and helping women, men, and gender-neutral humans step into their best selves both on and off the dance floor.From the welcoming atmosphere to the focus on alignment, healing (shoutout to Reiki and the chakra work!), and overall wellness. This is more than a studio. It’s a safe, supportive environment where you feel seen and encouraged.We absolutely need more leaders like Maysa in this world.
