I’ve been taking my golden retriever, Ruby, to V.I.Pet Resort since the beginning of 2024, and I’m beyond happy with all their services and incredible staff. Ruby has gone for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and each experience has been fantastic. During her most recent boarding stay, she had a small ear infection, and the staff went above and beyond in caring for her. They even sent me pictures during her stay! The groomer offered to dye her tail pink and purple and painted her nails pink—she looks so cute and always seems happy and well cared for when she’s with them. I completely trust V.I.Pet Resort to take care of Ruby when I’m out of town or when she needs some socialization at daycare. I love that they do holiday events and celebrate when it’s a dog’s bday. Their team is amazing—friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have been more at ease and thrilled that I was always getting updates, photos and information on how my little fur baby was doing her first time away from home. Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I know that she had a great time there, she even seemed to cry and concerned when we had to leave. I can’t say enough great things about my experience and would never look elsewhere. The facility is clean, kept up and the rooms are a great size. My dog, Koda, has been coming here for daycare for about 2 years and I cannot recommend VIPet Resort enough! All of the staff is so caring and clearly loves what they do and the animals. They always greet you with a smile and check in on if there’s anything additional the pet needs to make sure they are cared for and treat them as their own. Truly, I would not trust anywhere else in Orlando with my dog’s care! Koda loves it there so much that he gets excited just seeing his tote for daycare before leaving the house. The team also puts together the sweetest crafts year round which comes to show how much they want to keep things fun for the pet and owners and how great they are!
