This was round the corner from me when I first started, and I have since moved boroughs and will NOT switch eye doctors. The staff is so so so lovely. Frankly, it’s a majority female staff and that’s the magic. I’ve been seen by a male doctor before and he was also lovely, no shade there. But for real, these wonderful ladies at the front are everything. The energy in the room is just so good! You can tell everyone likes each other and it’s so friendly and warm! On top of that, they make all the confusing medical/insurance mumbo jumbo less stressful and actually make sense. They have repeatedly helped me figure out ways to pay when finances were tight, and have always so extremely helpful and non-judgmental.
