In the recent past we designed our home, specified all the materials and required certain construction processes, so we are fairly knowledgeable and exacting when it comes to home projects. On our deck project Josh was very engaged in helping us think through the options and selecting the right materials. Terry led the on-site crew of 4 (Terry, Matt, Keith and Alex) making sure the deck was done exactly right. And Katrina in the office kept us informed of the plans and schedule. They were always here when they said they would be here and did what they said they would do. We came to trust them completely which is very comforting. I had seen and heard about Josh‘s work from a couple of my friends and just from what they had told me we knew we wanted to reach out to him first. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with Josh when everyone was trying to find someone to help rebuild. The storm happened the end of September and she was back in her house before Christmas with a practically total rebuild. The work that was done was excellent. He took care of every detail and turned a 1960s compartmentalized den, kitchen, dining room, living room into a totally open aired space. Josh says what he means and he does what he says. As an added touch, Josh even took our century old family mantle home to clean up and creatively install an electric fireplace. We just need to pick out a stain!
