I mention Sunday bc it shows that he genuinely cares about his clients enough to even check and respond to emails Even on a day where most of us kick back and relax. He even gave me his personal mobile number and we began communicating directly via text message. In the email he had said "this is the first that he's heard about this whole situation" and then came out to my store the NEXT DAY morning along with Keith the new account manager. I apologized for having previously painted such a bad ideology of the company when in fact the owner and myself are the same... we both GENUINELY care greatly about every one of our customers!
